Sign Sale Agreement
Review and sign a legally binding Sale Agreement with clear payment schedule. We handle all council applications, survey pegging, and paperwork.
Pay in Installments
Settle the balance over 12–24 months with flexible, interest-free installments. Receive monthly statements and progress updates.
Receive Title Deed
Upon full settlement, your Title Deed is processed and registered in your name at the Zimbabwe Deeds Office. You now own secure, transferable land.
