Yes. All stands at Malinga Rise will have official Title Deeds issued through the Zimbabwe Deeds Office upon full settlement. Your ownership will be legally registered and transferable.
Malinga Rise Estate is under the jurisdiction of Insiza Rural District Council. All development plans, surveys, and infrastructure approvals are processed in compliance with Insiza RDC regulations and Zimbabwean land law.
The stands are located along the Old National Highway in Filabusi, beginning at the JRG Site. This strategic location offers easy access to Filabusi town center, schools, clinics, and major transport routes.
Currently, 2000m² stands are available for purchase. Future phases of the development are expected to introduce smaller stands of approximately 600m², providing more accessible and flexible options to suit different buyer needs and budgets.
You may begin construction once the full deposit (as specified in your Sale Agreement) has been paid and your reservation is confirmed. Building plans must still comply with Insiza RDC guidelines and be submitted for approval prior to commencement.
Yes. Customers are welcome to visit the site and view the development at any time. While full servicing will further define individual stand boundaries with pegs, prospective and confirmed buyers can access the site, walk the land, and familiarize themselves with the location before infrastructure completion.
